1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by MJ Alkhoory Design Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E).

2. Products and Availability

We offer:

• Original artworks (limited edition only)
• Limited prints of original artworks
• Tote bags, fridge magnets, stickers, and greeting cards (some in open edition, some limited)

While most products are sold through our website, we may also list or sell items through galleries or approved third-party platforms of our choice. We reserve the right to decline custom orders or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
• Prices for original paintings are not listed and must be requested by contacting us directly.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, Discover, Mercury, etc.)
• Wallets and mobile payments (Alipay+, AANI, WeChat Pay, Al Ansari Wallet, Mobile Money)
• International and corporate cards

We are not VAT registered; hence no VAT will be charged or shown.

4. Orders and Checkout

• Guest checkout is allowed.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email.
• A minimum purchase of 100 AED is required for free delivery within the U.A.E.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• U.A.E. Delivery: Free for orders of 100 AED or more; otherwise, a 35 AED fee applies.
• International Delivery: Available to all countries not under international or U.A.E. sanctions. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and size post-packaging.
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • U.A.E.: 1–7 business days
  • International: 1 week to 2 months depending on destination

We use Arnab Delivery Services for logistics.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the MJ Alkhoory Design Services.
• Items priced under 100 AED are non-refundable, so are Custom-made products.

We offer refunds only, no exchanges or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, prints, and designs are protected under U.A.E. and international copyright laws . You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Buyers are permitted to resell purchased items, but may not reproduce or create derivative works from them.

8. Privacy and Data Use

• We collect personal data (name, email, shipping address) for processing orders and providing service.
• We may send newsletters or promotional emails to subscribers.
• Our site uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance user experience.

9. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, U.A.E.
• Dispute resolution method will depend on the nature and severity of the issue, and may include mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings.
